What is the best HD camcorder?
I'm getting an HD video camera for my birthday – my girlfriend is spending about £ 250, which only wants it for fun – nothing important as making a short film or anything! I found two that interest me, but I'm not sure which is better. The first is the Toshiba Camileo H30 and the other is the Samsung SSD K40 Camcorder with 1080p upscaling. Any information about any of these would be great! Thank you.
I suggest Toshiba Camileo H30. Toshiba has launched a trio of camcorders at IFA 2009 in the form of the Camileo S20, H30 and X100 models – all them with Full HD (1920 x 1080p). Camileo S20 launches camcorder as one of the world's thinnest HD with only 17 mm, while for H30 credits include "Functionality with ease of use", the X100 get a decent 10x optical zoom. The S20 seems to be the budget option with specifications including zoom 4x digital zoom, 5 megapixel sensor and three-inch swivel screen. With the H30 you will get an improvement of 10 megapixels, 5x optical zoom and 10x digital, the better it is still the X100 with a 10 megapixel sensor 10x optical, 10x and a built-in 4GB flash memory. Both the H30 and get X100 LCD touch screen panels. Prices go for £ 119.99 for the S20, £ 189.99 for the H30 while the X100 range takes place a price tag of £ 269.99. In addition to Panasonic HDC-TM10 high definition flash memory camcorder is also good with great features.
