Camcorder Firewire Cable
Connecting a Sony Camcorder to Laptop with a firewire cable.?
I connected the camcorder yet its not being read by the laptop under any searches. How do it get it to read it?
If you’re capturing video then you will need to launch software to do so, like iMovie for os x or Movie Maker for windows.

iMovie is pretty straight forward if you’re using that just go to your applications folder and open it.
