PS3 – what do you think?
I am buying my boyfriend a PS3 for Christmas. we have a toshiba hd tv 34 inch CRT without HDMI / DVI connection. if I buy the PS3 image will be fine if I use component cables? I just want to make the picture look good before you buy. We also hook the ps3 to our sound non-HD surround. Thanks!
It will be fine with a HDMI is awesome, but her love the graphics are great on the standard cord. I currently use my AV cords to connect around me does not sound like much of a difference. As for comparing prices on a PS3 and 360 one that would end up paying much more than a 360. All the "little things" are included in one payment ps3 for a 360, even with the elite and all the others that console trying to keep warm. Halo and gears of war are 2 game FPS is only worth your time if your going to play only online. PS3 games are for online and offline as unknown, heavenly sword, fall the strength of the man best game online and offline just to name a few …. sports game are great as well ….. good luck and his girlfriend is a lucky guy have you …. I know I love my girlfriend after I bought my ps3 … lol
