Tivo HD with Time Warner Cable – missing channels on the card # 2?
TWC can not seem to get all my channels work in the cable card # 2 – all they work on card # 1. Can someone who has already addressed this issue to help them out?
If you are getting the channels correctly on the card # 1 and receiving the card # 2 is a question of authentication on the Time Warner office. When technology comes to your house to install the cards you have to call a new entrant in the office of Time Warner. Using the cable card id the operator authorizing this card to receive all channels in their lineup. If your second card is not receiving a few channels which means that the operator lost a little check box when creating it. I had a similar problem, unfortunately, took a while for are resolved. I tried several times to call technical support and explain the problem, but is not able to help. I finally had to call another technician for Time Warner a home visit. When it was all he did was to call a senior level technical support on your Nextel. Total Took maybe 5 minutes to solve. Unfortunately this led to another charge $ 49 for the visit. Finally I was able to recover that money, but took some more phone calls to customer service. I hope who are able to resolve this.
