HD Update

Vertical moving lines on my LCD TV.?

I have a 41″ LCD vizio tv and i just got an HD comcast box. On all the HD channels there are these big dark colored lines moving vertically from bottom to top? why is it doing this?

It’s a box problem call the cable guy to come fix it.
