It is possible. Many bodies have been recovered from glaciers and deep snow year after being buried there. (Mark Twain describes a freak recovery of a body lost in a crack and recovered years later in "A Tramp Abroad" in, I believe, Switzerland.) But the movement of glaciers is slow and very violent, at the same time. Most aircraft must be separated in the process of being freed from the snow and ice. And once out of ice and exposed fragile human bodies will also be destroyed, consumed and disappear.
