Zune Hd Dock Remote
New Zune remote does not work at all. What should I do?
I just unpack the Zune Sync dock, plugged into everthing, and docked my Zune in high definition. However, the remote does not do anything. I checked online to solve problems (remove the battery 5 seconds, opened the back 5 seconds, distanced himself from the dock of the other technology that could interfere, etc) but nothing works. Any idea? I'll try a different battery when the chance, but if that is the problem that death is bad enough that Microsoft would send dead batteries with the products. Lol, this Zune is faster, smaller, waterproof, and has higher quality audio output of iPod or any MP3 player I've ever had or used. It is even cheaper per byte than the touch … once Microsoft's hands 3-game "app-building" was even more dominating. My objection is with this dock remote.
Microsoft products suck, ipod would have been a better idea. Probably only return the product because its useless. Microsofts garbage is difficult to understand what I recommend returning it.
