Hello I recently had pumpkins for HVE the 1st time and as beautiful as it had in a restaurant, so I decided to do and only 1 with roasted vegetables and piece of cheese, but when HD in the restaurant I ate the skin that causes only thought I had lol now Im going to cook this 1 I have brought today is said to peel lol im wonder Are you meant to eat the skin lol? Zucchini is one of my favorite love vegetables, taste, especially if you buy the ones that come to be sweet. It really will not hurt you in any way if you eat the skin … The skin normally has lots of vitamins anyway. Usually peel mine though … It's all upto your palate. Have fun and enjoy your bowl of pumpkin! Yummy!
