13 Ocean granulated in HDTV?

Well, you're watching on DVD or Blu Ray / HD DVD? I think the director Steven Soderbergh is known to the intentional grain making his film and I think this might be the case in this film. But all these aside, I've been hearing people talk about the differences between Ocean's Twelve and Thirteen. However, revisions said the transfer is very good but not perfect.
