I can not play games like the Sims 3, AOM, Ron?

I ATIRADEON HD 4350 512MB DDR2, (2.09 GHz Amdathlon6400) WINXPSP3.But still can not play games as Sims3, age of mythology, rise of nations who have little me.games system requirements.Please help with sys.reqs heavy as mass effect, DMC4, COD4 without any problems.
