Why am I and what do I do about me not sleeping?
First and foremost remember this or not take pills or I even take Ritalin and AD-HD. It's 4:24 in the here and has been the case during the five days that I can not sleep and every day I wake up I agree that, if I did not sleep well away from the light I saw what it means yet to be asleep for at least 5-6 hours on Monday and today I have to wake up tommarow at 10 hours (not as soon as I wake up I mean in 33 hours and 36 minutes) so here goes. Do I stay awake? What I can do to sleep? If I stay up what should I do not to fall asleep? if I feel tired and as the afternoon I put an alarm clock and rest my head for 2-3 hours? No pills REMEMBER
UGH I know how you feel. Congradulate you for not taking Ritalin. It's horrible. AnyWho "is difficult to know what could help you sleep. I advise things natural. Try to keep the temperature in your home a bit cooler. Try to sleep somewhere other than your bedroom. Make sure there are no lights in your completely dark. No television or radio. Having scent of lavender in your home as well, which helps to promote relaxation. You could do some yoga before bed to help relax your muscles and mind. And I'm sure you know this, but no sugar or caffeine. I would recommend to go ahead and sleep. No sleep can really mess things up mentally, emotionally and physically. Maybe I should cancel their plans and spend only the whole night or day to sleep. I would recommend at this time trying to sleep a little, of what can trying to establish a bedtime routine. Like go to bed and wake up at certain times. That will help you to continue sleeping. His body almost become "trained" him. I would also like to take some pills (it's completely natural, is a herbal medicine), which is what my ex boyfriend because he refused to take prescription or the counter sleeping pills. The medication is started with an M and I think it is called melatonin, or something. Google some natural remedies that can help you sleep.
