How do I use a Comcast HD cable box with an HDTV does not?

I have an old Comcast box, so I decided to use for my normal TV, but the cables are yellow, red and white so I'm not sure where to plug them in. How do I use the box my TV? The picture was intended for high-definition television, but I must be able to use it on a standard TV.

TV HD cable boxes are compatible with standard TVs to the time the TV has input jacks for composite video.
