It is HD upconversion equally well on a regular DVD player vs hddvd / blu ray players?
Technically: No. BUT: subjective, as in "Wow, I'm really enjoying this movie in my upconverting DVD player – especially because I know I have not been deceived in the purchase of a new player expensive high-definition discs and had to start replacing the discs again as I did years ago with my VHS collection. Dang, I'm smart! "Joking aside, I think the regular DVD, making the sound are really good. They will never be as" strong "as an HD disc format, but let me ask yourself this: Which do you prefer a solid entertainment experience, or knowing that you are looking for in the state of art?
