Hd Tv Green House
Can’t hear sound through xbox 360/TV?
Okay I”m at my grandparents house and they have two HDTVs. One is a home theater and I tried to use the Green Blue and Red to get HD. I got the picture nice and clear but I CAN’T HEAR ANYTHING (i’m not deaf). I got sound in Low/Regular definition, but not HD. So I try their other TV upstairs (also HDTV) and we couldn’t get the soudn on that either, low or high definition. I think it’s cause we couldn’t get his Bose(TM?) system to go to input. It says on the little bose box ‘TV’ when I hit Input on the Bose remote. On the remote, it has TV on a big button and two lines going down. One says Input and the other ( I forget, not important tho)…. Please how do I fix this? I tried everything!!!!
You need to plug the red/white cables into the component audio (HD) sockets on the HDTV – you already have the red/green/blue video parts correctly connected.
Looks like you have them connected to the SD audio in, along with the yellow video in for SD (composite).
The SD and HD inputs bot have their OWN red/white sockets for sound, you can’t just plug into one of them and expect it to work for both. The TV’s not that smart.
I don’t know about your home theatre, that sounds more complicated as I’ve no idea how’s it been configured.
