about how far is a 4x digital zoom for a digital camcorder?
please explain how far will it be in feets or you can explain in other ways.
I have to agree with mike. Digital zoom is not good and I am not sure why you are asking because most camcorders have optical zoom.
But to answer your question, 4x digital zoom means you can record video 4x times closer. That means things that are 12 feet away from you will look like they are 3 feet away from you. But as it is digital zoom and not optical zoom, video won’t be clear.
