got hd installed, but the guy who mounted tv on wall?
left 2 hdmi leads. 1 obviously goes to hd box. where would second one go. also there is a buzzing noise comin from hd box. any idea what that mite be?
The leads are there for source devices like dvd and cable. The problem about mounting a wall television is that it is not easy to unmount it afterwards so the leave the leads in place so that you can connect to them without having to move the television screen. As for the humming that is the humm of the motor/fan that keeps the device from overheating. It shouldn’t be that loud . Perhaps you have a bad box. Try this: Put a mat under the box. It that doesn’y work try some coasters under the box’s legs. It may just be vibration.
