How many miles can be reasonably lead a motorcycle a day? Mine is a HD Ultra Classic.?
I think 300-400 is quite reasonable and comfortable, a decent bike naked, and I'm 56. Perhaps 100 more with a fairing tourism. When I was in my 20 years I have shot more than 880 in one day a couple of times, in a 1969 BMW R69US. They were long days, but I needed to go places … Some friends-mile days in 1000, but was so tired that were dangerous, and tired of me, too. I never traveled at speeds nutz – The old Bimmer would settle into a good gallop 50mpg at about 62 mph. My most recent Suzuki 900 has three times the horsepower, so I crossed a little faster, but I'm still getting 50mpg.
